Obsessions give our life meaning and purpose. They connect us with something we care about deeply for whatever reason. Whether it collecting Bennie babies, Falling in love with only Scary spice from the spice girls, or never being able to stop thinking about Dungeons and Dragons, obsessions bring us joy and occupy our minds with something other than the monotony of life.
